I didn’t use this pre-paid space in the end - it didn’t feels secure - it was unlit, no cameras and too hidden!

I accidentally paid too much. Instead of extending the time twice I included the time we arrived from 12-4pm and paid for this 3 times in total! Can you please provide a refund for the overspend.

On the description of how to find the parking space, it states that the entrance is in Rowland Road. This is not correct. It is located at 31 Eriswell Road, Worthing. There is no other entrance to the car park. Therefore, this needs correcting on the information that is sent because the first time we used the parking space, we were very confused as to where the entrance was. However, as we frequently visit Worthing, we should certainly use this parking location again. It is a very good price and very convenient for where we need to go. The description and the location stated is my only complaint.

Easy to locate, large open car park with plenty of room at a good price for Worthing, relatively centrally located for shopping, the beach etc. Most street and other parking nearby is permit only, or paid for but time limited to eg 2 hours, I could not see any unrestricted free of charge parking on any of the streets nearby whilst walking to the centre from the car park

I'm being fined by group nexus and my appeal isn't being accepted even though I've provided evidence proving I've paid through just park.

I received a letter from a bayliff company 10 months later claiming I had parked in this spot without paying, asking for £170 parking fine to be paid or I would receive a CCJ.
I have appealed but received no response.
