Parking machine was out or order. Unclear parking charges on signage. Signage for App payment broken. Poor mobile signal meant I had to pay for the parking after leaving car park, paying for twice the time as the system could not be backdated to actual parking time. It is a disgrace that Wrexham council use this Company
