Arrived at the location and there was a car in parking space that was in the details.
Tried to get in touch with the space owner four times and no response, then got in touch with JustPark who also couldn’t get in touch with the space owner and said that there was not an alternative for us to use, so we could get a refund if needed.
Since there was nowhere else for us to go, we just decided to leave the car in one of the spaces after an hour of back and forth with JustPark and wait for the space owner to get back to us as we were staying in York for the whole weekend - had no reply from the space owner the whole weekend so just assumed we would be fine to leave the car in one of the other spaces but of course not ideal knowing we weren’t in the correct parking space.
Car was fine but very disappointed with having no communication from the space owner after multiple attempts.

I texted the owner to check how best to find the space in advance when I read the reviews. The owner said it was the fifth space on the right, whereas the details on JustPark said the 6th space. There was another car in the 5th space so I parked in the 6th and let them know. It was space number 29. Car was fine when I came back to it. So no hassle really. Convenient for the Barbican or heading into shopping area.

Somebody left a note on my vehicle moaning that the space was for flat 18. The parking instructions I had previously received stated I could park anywhere on the right side as per the picture. Not really a nice thing to find when returning to my car. Needs sorting for future users, please.

We drove past it at first ,then re read instructions ,you drive under archway then found the number and parked on it .very handy as our son was graduating at York University and it was only a 15 minute walk . Will deffo use it again .

Really good. A bit out of the way from town (but we read that in the previous comments). About 20 minute walk to town in a straight line. Felt like a safe place to park.

Good location 30 minutes walk from the centre. left my car here for 3 days and had no problems. Easy access would recommend.
