The drive is a shared drive with a lamp post in the way. I had to reverse at an awkward angle to get into the space. I think in future the resident should park in the awkward position so that us guests could park with ease.

Great neighbourhood, easy to find - close enough to stroll into city centre. We stayed at Premier Inn on Blossom Street and this took less than 15 minutes to walk in.

Easy to find, very handy for Rowntree Park in particular, and located at the end of a cul de sac, so no through traffic. Would definitely use again.

There was a car already on the drive but plenty of space to park my car. I left enough space to allow the garage door to be opened and for the car to drive off the path as there was nobody around. Car was undamaged when I picked it up :)
