Piccadilly Car Park

No spaces available when we arrived, despite being over an hour later than to booking, had to wait 20 minutes for one to become available. Spaces were a great location and it was easy to extend our leave time

First time user so I know nothing about the site but booking was straightforward as long as you pay attention. Site gave all the information you need to find site, again pay attention. This particular site does not appear to be recognised by satnavs but supplied photos proved invaluable, good help by company. Parking was easy. Recommend to others, most certainly.

Security barrier open on arrival and for most of our stay (when passing by). Not really doing much in the way of security to be honest.

returned to car park in middle of hire period to find no space available

There was only 1 free space, and that was quite difficult to get into, as there was a large vehicle on one side, and a vehicle at right angles, which was overhanging the end of the space

Ideal area quite near to my hotel stay, BUT a little expensive it’s gone up by £5-00 per day from my last stay a few months ago

Great parking space right near where we wanted to be. Downside was very expensive

Good communication and direction and safe parking area

Very hard to find entrance in the dark. The first car parking spaces you come to are very tight to get a large medium sized car (touran) into(and out again!). If you drive past the initial parking spaces, there is a bigger carpark at the back.

All Justparks car park spaces were in use when I arrived. I had to wait about an hour for a space to become available. There was no support from the car park owner, and trying to call JustParks meant a waiting on the phone for a long time - before I could speak to an operative the car park slot became available. Not a great experience.
