all the spaces my booking allowed were already filled when I arrived, I was unable to park so had to find another location, absolute joke considering I pre-booked a space specifically to avoid that

No signage at all, only of a little JustPark sign in from of each parking. Boom didn't work was just open.

It's a great system that we will use again. Compared to other parking in York, it's very reasonably priced and close to the Barbican. I only wish I'd known about Just Park years ago.

As a first time user of JustPark I found the booking process very accessible and the follow up information very helpful. We were able to arrive at our reserved space in York after a few hiccups with directions. Entry, access and exit operations were easy and trouble free. Finding the location was a little tricky given the hidden away nature of the parking. However on the plus side for this was that the parking was secure and in a great location to access the parts of York we were visiting that day. Many thanks.
