Piccadilly Car Park

Generally good. Photo of location didn’t download until after I had parked. Code didn’t work first time. Had to get out of car to input code in order to leave.

Only 1 space left available which was onstructed by other vehicle.

Booking the space through JustPark was easy, the website for the location had detailed instructions and pictures of the car parking area. Access through the barrier into the car park was straightforward, the code provided worked first time. There was a number of spaces listed in the email confirmation to use, all but two on arrival were already taken. I would say that bay number 12 is no way wide enough to accept a standard size car, due to the position of the exit barrier; if this was the only space available on arrival it would have been cause for complaint. As it was I only needed one space and bay number 21 was empty. Overall experience on this occasion was good.

Easy to book online and had my car parked up for 3 and a half days…very easy and no problems, didn’t have to worry about my car. Very pleased, will be using JustPark again. Thank you

Easy to find after a quick google map search, nice space in the first bit and there is actually more round the back, little confused if I needed to sign out or how they know I've left.

Instructions were clear. There were a few parking spaces free. It was a bit difficult to find the entrance.

Stress and Hastle free. Will be a repeat customer from now on.

Hard to find free space even after booking in advance.

The out barrier was open all this time that’s the only problem
