Booked for York parking, which is a nightmare. Arrived at car park to find no parking available. And offered alternative 2 miles away!!! Absolute Joke, what's the point in reserving a car parking space you can't guarantee and if you are going too then make it very clear when you book there is a risk you may not be able to park. Will never use just park again, set my husbands 50th birthday off on the wrong foot

Terrible service. Arrived at the car park and there didn't seem to be any spaces. There were another two cars there, also looking for their booked spaces. One of the drivers had contacted just park who basically said there was nothing they could do and offered another car park two miles away. Luckily, as we were on our way out, we spotted a space tucked away near a locked residential car park. We weren't sure if we were allowed to, but as I'm disabled and can't walk very far and this car park was close to where we needed to be, we parked and put out my disabled badge just in case. We will not be using this service again. Far too stressful and disorganised.

I was working in York city centre and finding parking to suit my double cab transit tipper was impossible but your site got me a slot twenty minutes walk from my site really helpful thanks

Great space, easy to find and 5 mins walk into the centre. To get into the centre you do have to walk along the river which is lovely in the day, but a little scary if on your own on a dark night.
Parked here loads though and no problems

Difficult to see what are and are not the car park spaces and one was not available when I arrived. Fortunately after a few minutes someone left and a space became available.
