Parking on St. Benedict Road, YO23

Planned a trip to York and forgot to check on parking. Found the JustPark website online and the price difference to normal search engines was brilliant. Found a location really close to the centre for literally half price of a normal car park but for more hours. Well worth it and will definitely use again when going to unfamiliar places.

This is not suitable for parking. You have to drive over a curb to get on to it. There was another car parked next to it so I had to ask someone who was staying at the house to help me manouveur the car slowly past the other car so I didn’t scratch it. Ended up being late for work. Someone is making money off a space that is a pavement and not a driveway

Terrible idea-not necessary in York-couldn’t find where we were supposed to park so parked probably illegally so paid money for nothing.

Easy to find plenty of room for my.. close enough to the city centre attractions and the city wall

Great experience, never used this type of service before and it couldn't have gone smoother, book, park, leave. Good location and 1/3rd the price of the major brand carparks in town.

Could not find space and the owner did not take my call to support me

A very easy park , no trouble at all. Lady inside house just smiled and we just got out car felt a safe area to leave car then go on to our destination. We were a little late coming out racecourse to get back to car but nothing was said. Great place to park for reasonable price.

This was a spot outside some flats, it was not saved for us and we were on double yellow lines. This site is a con. I wished I’d just used the local car park.

would be zero stars if possible. Absolutely livid to arrive at the space to find 2 other cars already parked there so no space. Knocked on door, no reply. Had a table booked at a restaurant in town so had to go to nearest car park and pay an extortionate amount to park. Do not recommend when clearly double booking the space - very annoying.

Easy to find, easy to park, close to York centre. Was perfect.
