Made the reservation well in advance. But we were unable to enter the parking structure. Web site said there were no spaces, and we could not get the gate to open, and had to back out of the entrance.

The QR code was gone off the app when we tried to get out of parking. Even the very helpful person working couldn’t find it.
Took 15min to figure it out and they ended up just letting us go.

Easy to get in, but we had problems exiting. Our flight was delayed on the return so we were one minute past our booking time when trying to exit and couldn’t access the QR code. We spent 15 minutes at the exit booth with the parking personnel trying to figure out how to exit. The app needs to allow one to still access the QR code past the booking time so users can use it and pay the difference if needed.
