Q Park Mayfair Car Park

Amazing place for parking and happy to see dedicated space for Just Park.

Arrived early, security gate opened straight away for me, parking was very easy with plenty of spaces available, right in the heart of central London, easy walking distance to the Ritz. Nice and secure, felt very safe leaving my vehicle there. Old Burlington Place. Departure was just as easy, no messing around with payment meters etc, just drove out with all security gates opening immediately for me.

Great solution, easy to book, well integrated!

This is a very well located car park, perfect for the centre of London and shows at the Palladium which is where I was going. Directions were clear and everything worked as it should. Security gates and barriers raised via ANPR on entry and exit. Driving around the subterranean car park was easy (no tight corners!) and parking spaces plentiful. There were working lifts and toilet facilities that were fairly clean and well supplied. A 10/10 experience.

QR code reader was broken so we couldn't get back into the car park on foot. About 30 people were waiting to collect their cars. We were fortunate that a car eventually arrived and the gate on the entrance ramp automatically opened so we could all run in. Not good enough considering the price of parking. QPark telephone line said ring back during business hours. Not helpful at 7pm on a Sunday night. QPark chat only available but didn't get very far.

Have used this car park twice previously with no problems. Arrived last night and first gate opened but barrier wouldn't open so couldn't get into pre booked parking space. Tried 4 times with no joy. Contacted helpline and no one available to help. Had to leave car park and ended up parking in the street. Total waste of money. Would not recommend.

To be honest I was a little apprehensive leaving my car there after seeing previous reviews about break ins etc., however I had no issues and there were a few cars dotted around of a much higher value/calibre of mine intact Perfect location for our visit today and reasonably priced for London parking Toilet area needs attention didn't see any staff but that's not to say they were not elsewhere

Extension a bit expensive

So easy on the day of travel. Turn up, the gates recognise your number plate. Drive in and park!

Gate didn't work entering or exiting, intercom didn't work and ended up stuck for considerable amount of time with frustrated drivers behind me. Once inside spaces are quite far down for Just Park users and narrow for anything larger than a hatchback. Would recommend elsewhere if prices are comparable.
