When do tickets go on sale?
Grand National tickets go on sale Friday 14th February 2025 on Ticketmaster. Some presale codes for O2 Priority members, Mastercard holders and a few other VIP groups will be released at earlier dates — make sure to check your subscriptions to see if you qualify.
We recommend getting online as early as you can that morning, since Ticketmaster’s queuing system can start adding people hours ahead of the sale time.
How much do Kendrick Lamar tickets cost?
General access tickets for most tour dates are expected to be in the £100 - £400 range. But if the demand for tickets is anything like the Oasis reunion tour coming later this year, expect to have lots of resale tickets being sold for upwards of £500.
Where is Kendrick Lamar playing in Cardiff?
The only Cardiff tour date for the Grand National Tour is being held at Principality Stadium in central Cardiff. The stadium has a capacity of nearly 75,000, making it one of the largest stadiums in the UK. Designed for both sports and entertainment, you can expect a world-class experience with lots of food and drink options, as well as premium suites.
Book a parking space ahead of time in Cardiff
Considering the thousands of people who will be travelling to Cardiff for the 2025 Grand National Tour, you’ll want to make sure your parking is sorted well ahead of time.
The simplest and most convenient option for parking for most concert-goers would be to download the JustPark app and rent a private driveway or find a secure parking space in a car park nearby. Not only will it save you time and money on the day-of, but it will also give you guaranteed access to a parking space near Principality Stadium and can offer flexibility that other traditional car parks can’t.
Using the JustPark app or website, you can search, find and reserve a space which should tick most of your boxes when looking for parking:
- You can search for spaces within walking distance of the stadium and get more affordable rates than local car parks or unsecured pop-up parking
- You should be able to escape the crowds more easily leaving your car in a slightly less congested area
- You can extend your parking session easily through the JustPark app if you’re facing delays getting out of the stadium crowds
- You can have peace of mind knowing that you’ve got a guaranteed parking space upon arrival
This tour is expected to be massively popular, so we recommend booking a parking space as soon as your tickets are secured so you don’t miss out on available options. If you’re travelling from out of town and will be staying multiple nights in Cardiff, make sure you extend your parking session for as long as you need it for.

Accessing the stadium by bus or train is convenient for those planning to get into central Cardiff. The city’s main railway station is just a 5-minute walk from the stadium, and is a key hub with frequent services from cities like London, Bristol, and Swansea. Local rail networks also offer regular services from surrounding areas, and additional trains are often scheduled for event days.
For bus commuters, Cardiff Bus provides extensive services throughout the city, with many routes passing close to the stadium such as the 17/18, 24, 95, and X2. The main bus terminal is near Cardiff Central Station, offering easy access to the stadium on foot. Additionally, dedicated Park and Ride services operate on event days, providing direct routes from parking areas on the city's outskirts. These options make public transport a straightforward and efficient way to reach the Principality Stadium.
Take the train into Cardiff to save yourself driving on congested roads
If you're travelling from out of town and prefer to drive part way and take the train for the remainder of your journey, here are some convenient park-and-ride options from different directions:
If you’re coming in from Bristol and the East, consider parking at Severn Tunnel Junction. Regular services run to Cardiff Central, taking around 25-30 minutes. Pricing starts at £4 per hour for parking spaces in the area.
From Swansea and the West, you might want to look at a space near Bridgend. Train service is fast and frequent to Central Cardiff, with car parking spaces starting at £1 right beside the station.
When travelling from the North, look to Pontypridd Station. Trains to Cardiff take just under half an hour, and spaces are very affordable starting at £2 per hour.
From Newport and the East, look at parking around Newport Station. There are very frequent train services to Cardiff Central, with journey times of about 10-15 minutes. Hourly pricing starts at £1.
Does Principality Stadium offer official car parking?
No — given the central location of the stadium, official car parking spaces are limited. The stadium itself states that it recommends looking elsewhere, whether it be through council spaces (which face additional restrictions on high-traffic areas during events) or through parking apps like JustPark.
There are a limited number of Blue Badge spaces reserved for attendees with mobility requirements.
Do you live near Principality Stadium? Rent out your driveway for extra income
Even if you’re not attending the tour yourself, you can still benefit from the surge of crowds coming into the city to see Kendrick and SZA.
